Stress go away!

I had a hard time sleeping last night and had a very unusual time of waking up this morning earlier than 6AM. I'm so stressed with school. So, I went back home really late to eat my dinner at 10PM but I woke up hungry, now I suppose that even my stomach can't handle it anymore~ I get hungry every 3-4 hours and I'm really bothered by that. I'm a paranoid pyscho that's why but still I can't change the fact that there are a lot of requirements for this semester, it's so overwhelming both in written and oral. Seriously though, I really want to modify my sleeping pattern, but how?
